Josh Cate
Josh Cate has been honing his craft for over 30 years, earning black belts in Shingitai Jiu-jitsu, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Judo. Boxing, Muay Thai, as well as wrestling, round out the arts that Cate has studied. All now contribute to his passion for spreading the arts through his masterful coaching.
